Before booking business assistance
- Tell the advisor whether you are exploring an idea, starting a business or operating an existing company.
- Ask about appointment format, language assistance, accessibility and documents to prepare.
- Confirm any fees for classes, membership, rental space or related services before registering.
- Ask which financing or certification requirements apply to your request; counseling does not guarantee funding, a contract or approval.
