Eight selected routes for child care assistance, public-school enrollment and neighborhood family support.
Family support contacts

Ask 311 for child care assistance. The city currently reports a voucher waitlist for eligible families not receiving cash assistance, with some families invited from the list on a rolling basis. Existing recipients should follow their recertification instructions. Check the official application page for current rules before applying; submitting a form does not guarantee a voucher.

917-339-1763

What Family Enrichment Centers offer
ACS describes FEC participation as free and voluntary, without a required referral, appointment or eligibility screening. Activities and practical resources vary by center. Call for current hours; availability of supplies is not guaranteed. FECs are community spaces rather than case-management programs. Official FEC information.
Before you visit
Check opening hours, documents and appointment arrangements with the appropriate service. School enrollment, child care vouchers and FEC activities follow different rules. Contacts were checked against official city and school-system sources; telephone numbers have not been tested by calling.
