Find nine Bronx Homebase offices listed by HRA, one additional HELP USA office listed by the provider, and three routes for tenant information and legal help. Service areas are based on your home ZIP code, which may differ from the office’s postal ZIP.
Start with Homebase before you lose your housing
Homebase evaluates housing instability and homelessness risk and may help with eviction prevention, benefits, budgeting and eligible short-term financial needs. HRA advises calling the office serving your ZIP code before visiting to arrange an appointment. You do not need to wait for a Housing Court case to ask for help. Assistance depends on assessment and program rules; a listing does not guarantee a payment. Official program · Official FAQs.
