Shared appointment line: 844-692-4692 (844-NYC-4NYC). Ask for your chosen Manhattan site and the service you need. This is a systemwide line, not nine separate local numbers. Confirm the department, referral requirements, entrance and appointment time.
NYC Care: 646-692-2273. Ask about program eligibility, insurance screening and financial guidance. NYC Care is a health care access program rather than health insurance; ask about costs for the services you need. Public-system care is not automatically free for every patient or service.
